Multinational Technology Company, focused on MOBILITY in the automotive segment, located in Belo Horizonte is searching for Human Resources Coordinator.
People and Functional Skills:

- Strong experience in attracting and retaining talents, conducting the entire selection process with an emphasis on technical manpower for Engineering Services for the automotive industry, or similar.
- 3 to 5 years generalist performance in the HR subsystems, such as labor, union agreements, benefits, personnel, training and development, safety, etc.
- Strong experience in HR management tools, spreadsheets, excel, word, ppt. etc.
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or correlated areas.
- English – excellent verbal and written communication, mandatory. Report direct to USA and locally.
